The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled
Associate Attorney to join our thriving Commercial Litigation
Practice Group. This Associate Attorney will manage their own cases
with not just autonomy, but also with proper support at all levels
and will primarily focus on commercial litigation, business
litigation, business disputes, and occasionally family law matters.
This role requires an attorney with strong writing skills, the
ability to handle cases independently, and a solid understanding of
commercial litigation cases. Job Description · Independently manage
a diverse caseload of commercial litigation, business litigation,
and business disputes. Occasionally handle family law matters as
they arise within the practice group. · Conduct thorough legal
research and draft compelling pleadings, motions, briefs, and other
legal documents. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and
mediation proceedings. · Provide strategic legal advice to clients
regarding complex commercial disputes and litigation matters. ·
Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the
highest quality of legal services. · Maintain compliance with the
firm's billable hour requirement of 1800-1850 hours per year. ·
Participate in business development activities and contribute to
the growth of the practice group.
