MacArthur Co., a leader in the distribution of high-quality building materials, is seeking a dedicated Class B CDL Driver/Roof and Drywall Stocker to join our transportation and logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of roofing and drywall materials directly to our clients' job sites. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for timely service and exceptional partner support, contributing directly to the streamlined success of our client projects. Operate Class B vehicles in a safe and efficient manner complying with all government and company regulations. Load and unload building materials such as roof shingles and drywall onto/from trucks, ensuring secure and neat organization to prevent damage during transit. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues or incidents encountered on the road. Coordinate with logistics management to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, acting as a professional representative of MacArthur Co. Complete and maintain accurate records and logs such as delivery documentation and vehicle maintenance records. Proficient in operating Class B commercial vehicles Ability to manually lift heavy materials Strong organizational skills to effectively manage delivery schedules and merchandise Excellent communications skills for interfacing with customers and team members Basic maintenance knowledge for vehicle upkeep Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clean driving record Experience in handling building/construction materials preferred
