POSITION OVERVIEWConsumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Service Log Specialist to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment located in Missoula, MT. In this important role, you will support Claims, Payroll, and Program Office teams with service log adjustments. The Service Log Specialist will review requests for validity, document and track all adjustments, and make corrections and/or changes to the service log. This role is also responsible to assess and process procedures and efficiencies for improvement.In the Consumer Direct Care Network our employees are committed, dependable, professional and accountable.   • Manage the InfoRecordAdjustment Inbox within CPD and Payroll deadlines
  • Utilize key CDCN platforms; including Solomon, Docuware, UTEX, and Excel to complete Service Log record adjustment requests
  • Research CPD adjustment issues using the Report Manager and CDCN platforms to determine whether adjustments are necessary
  • Communicate adjustments with all necessary parties including, but not limited to, Payroll and Program offices
  • Advise on adjustment projections to help determine the most efficient ways to proceed
  • Log and compile adjustment data weekly and annually for higher review
  • Document adjustment procedures for development and improvement
  • All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
    • High School Diploma or Associates Degree preferred
    • 1+ year(s) of experience in business/accounting preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Strong navigation skills with technology including Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
    • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and associated claims processes
    • Functional knowledge of key CDMS platforms mentioned above
    • Must be able to work independently
