This positions is a robust role for customer service, both with client and CAREGivers. You will oversee daily administration responsibilities as well as support with CAREGiver recruitment and retention, client communication as needed. Becoming a quality assurance expert so we can become the best home care option!Primary responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.*Check outgoing and in coming mail*Maintain office and CAREGiver supplies as needed. *Update company data base*Support Recruitment & Retention Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator, Client Care Coordinator, Operations Director and Owner as requested. *This is not a completed list of responsibilities, complete job description available upon submitting application, *Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Calendar, Skype is required. This position is located in Missoula - North Reserve area. Hours are Monday - Friday 8a-5p with 1 hour unpaid lunchThe Administrative Assistant is a Key Player in our small office setting.
