Job Description:
ALPS, a dynamic and growing company which provides malpractice
insurance to small law firms and solo attorneys, is seeking
temporary Lead Generation Specialists to aid our Sales team growth
by conducting business-to-business outbound calls to identify when
law firm's next renew their malpractice policy. Securing a firm's
policy expiration date allows us to reach prospects when they most
would benefit from hearing from us.
We are looking for individuals with proven phone etiquette, a
positive attitude, can stay motivated during repetitive tasks and
are adaptable to varying conversational situations. Callers will be
trained to use auto-dialing software. Previous outbound telephone
experience is helpful, but not required.
Lead Generation Specialists are needed through September on a
part-time, temporary basis, Monday through Thursday within the
period of 7:30am - Noon. Candidates are expected to commit to
four-hour work shifts. No remote calling opportunities are
available currently. Wage is $15/hr + commission potential. EOE
