Working Hours: 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday
GS 9: $53,433.00 - $69,462.00
GS 11: $64,649.00 - $84,049.00
Full Performance level: GS 11
Number of Positions Available: 3 (one position in Coeur D'Alene;
one position in Helena; one position in Missoula)

THE SALT LAKE CITY FIELD OFFICE
- Must be able to obtain an SCI clearance
- Some travel may be required
- Selectee will be required to complete form FD-887, Request for
Access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
- Performs a variety of analytical and liaison work functions in
support of the Field Office (FO) Resident Agency (RA) and personnel
- Completes projects designed to increase the effectiveness and
efficiency of work operations and supports programs in the office
assigned through some or all of the following functions: liaison;
analysis; facilities and space management; financial
administration, human resources (HR) management, inventory and
records management, and/or various other office support
- Prepares administrative and other reports for submission to FO
and presents findings, orally and in writing, to higher-level
management in the RA or FO as required.
- Responsible for a variety of general administrative duties
performed in support of the office and serves as the customer
service representative for scheduling changes and fielding
questions for the office.

Specialized Experience (SE):
GS 9: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of SE
equivalent to the GS 7 grade level. SE is:
- Utilized various resources to collect and analyze
data/information relevant to the work being performed.
- Formulated and presented oral and written reports based on
- Communicated information verbally and in writing to individuals
within an organization.
- Assisted with the administrative aspects of a specific program
GS 11: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of SE
equivalent to the GS 9 grade level. SE is:
- Conducted research and analysis in support of projects and/or
specific studies targeted towards measuring the effectiveness,
efficiency, and productivity of work operations.
- Prepared and presented study results and briefing
- Communicated and collaborated with individuals within an
organization in order to accomplish a defined set of goals or
- Provided administrative support for the operation and/or
management of a specific program or programs.
Education may be substituted for SE as follows:
GS 9: Applicant must have a master's or equivalent graduate
degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate
education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if
GS 11: Applicant must have a Ph.D. OR equivalent doctoral degree
OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education
leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related.
All degrees must be from an accredited college or
Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be
used to meet the above requirements provided you can show that the
foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited
educational institution in the United States.
