We are locally owned and operated and provide services in repair, maintenance and installation for HVAC heating and air conditioning for our residential and commercial customers.

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator / Office Assistant to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact to our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

Pay Range: $18.00- $20.00 HR/Depending on Experience

Primary Job Functions: Answering of customer calls and routing to the appropriate personnel as necessary. Manage the day-to-day scheduling operations and ensure all jobs are ready for installation. Installation purchasing as per company's purchasing procedure. Responsible for creation of department job files, contacting customers, subcontractors, and inspections for scheduling. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, vendors, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Perform general office tasks as assigned.


  • Pass background and drug screen
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • 2 years related experience working in an office, customer service, schedule coordinating or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Aggressive self-starter
  • Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and field technicians
  • A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
  • The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
  • Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • QuickBooks Pro experience desired
