Job Description:

Sign-On Bonus: External applicants eligible for up to $5,000.00.
Sign-on bonus eligibility: -Open to external applicates who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.
This is a TPD (0.2 Status), variable shift Registered Nurse position in the NICU department.
The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in clinical setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in clinical nursing procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.
Minimum Required: -RN License required. One (1) year of NICU or related experience required. BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire. NRP and STABLE within six (6) months of hire. Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required.
Preferred / Desired: - BSN Preferred. NICU certifications preferred. -
Weekend Requirements: Per TPD contract language.
