If you're ready to make a real difference and be part of a compassionate, driven team, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and help others take their next steps toward healing and hope.Compensation:$17.50 hourlyResponsibilities:Client Transportation: Provide transportation for clients to their appointments as needed.Group Facilitation: Facilitate recovery-based group activities to support client engagement and growth.Assessment: Evaluate and assess factors that may hinder clients' ability to live independently or integrate into the community.Communication Skills Development: Address and improve communication skills in individuals to enhance their interactions.Symptom Management: Implement effective skills and strategies to help clients manage their symptoms.Social Support Development: Assist individuals in developing and strengthening their social support systems.Skills Adaptation: Help clients adapt skills for various life domains, including home, work, education, leisure, and social activities.Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.Training Completion: Complete assigned training sessions, both in-person and through online learning programs.Documentation: Document daily activities and progress for each client accurately and promptly.Productivity Standards: Consistently meet established productivity standards.Shift Coverage: Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts.Meeting Participation: Schedule and attend required meetings to coordinate care and support for clients.Attendance: Maintain regular attendance to ensure continuity of care for clients.Qualifications:Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older (state requirement for licensing).Driver's License & Insurance: Must possess a current driver's license, reliable transportation, and full automobile insurance coverage.HIPAA Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality at all times.Certification: Must hold a valid Peer Support certification from the state of Montana.Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.About CompanyWinds of Change is a mental health clinic dedicated to inspiring change, fostering hope, and promoting recovery.
