What You Will Do onX is seeking a Senior Vertical Marketing Manager
with a passion for serving outdoor professionals and a track record
of driving growth. In this role, you will lead marketing efforts
for a new business line, shaping strategy and execution to expand
our reach and engagement. As part of this new team, you will play a
key role in delivering the best planning and in-field mapping
experience for your target audiences. This is a unique opportunity

lasting impact in outdoor activities. The role reports to the GM of
New Business and requires cross-functional collaboration to drive
meaningful results. As an onX Public Relations (PR) Manager, your
essential job duties and responsibilities will look like: Develop
and execute go-to-market (GTM) growth strategies for the new
business verticals. Conduct market research and customer discovery
to uncover pain points, decision-making behavior, and unmet needs,
translating this into differentiated solution messaging.
Plan,execute, and test multi-channel marketing campaigns (email,
social media, webinars, content marketing, paid ads) to generate
qualified leads and direct sales. Work with user acquisition and
sales teams to drive pipeline growth and improve conversion rates.
Develop and manage ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns
targeting high-value accounts. Create industry-specific marketing
collateral (web experience, case studies, testimonials, blogs,
videos). Collaborate with the other vertical product marketing
teams to ensure alignment. Provide sales teams with
industry-focused sales decks, battle cards, and pitch materials.
Gather customer feedback and insights to refine messaging and
product offerings. Define KPIs and metrics to measure campaign
effectiveness (MQLs, SQLs, ROI). Optimize campaigns based on
data-driven insights. Report on pipeline impact and marketing
attribution for determined verticals. What You’ll Bring Six (6) or
more years of B2B software marketing experience, with a proven
track record of scaling brands and driving measurable results.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to
validate marketing channels and campaigns using structured testing
and performance data for delivery of lead flow and targeted
efficiency metrics. Experience with growth marketing, SEO, and paid
media strategies. A results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and a
passion for driving growth and innovation. A deep understanding of
software marketing, including lead management, acquisition,
lifecycle marketing, and brand strategy. Strong influencing and
team-building skills, with experience working in high-performing
teams. A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across
multiple departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. A
shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values
Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with
onX. Ability to travel quarterly for multiple days to a corporate
office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp. Added

Offices: onX was founded in Montana with offices in Missoula and
Bozeman. If you prefer to work in an office at least part of the
time, this is a great option. Basecamps: onX’s Basecamps are
established virtual workforce communities where a sizable number of
distributed team members group for work, volunteering, socializing,
and adventure. Our current Basecamps are located within a 90-mile
radius of the following: Austin, TX; Denver, CO; Kalispell, MT;
Minneapolis, MN; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; and Seattle, WA.
Connection Hubs: onX’s Connection Hub locations are smaller,
emerging communities of distributed team members. Our current
Connection Hubs are located within a 60-mile radius of the
following: Boise, ID; Charleston, SC; Charlotte, NC; Dallas/Fort
Worth, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Richmond, VA; Spokane, WA; the Bay Area of
California, and Vermont. How You’ll Be Compensated onX is committed
to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their
contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make
between $105,000 to $123,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary
based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among
other factors as required in the job description. In addition,
full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share
options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10%
