deliver results. This position will be based out of Kalispell,
Montana -- A new North Coast Service Center opening in 2023What you
will do:
- Generate sales at the counter for Contractor, Industrial & OEM
markets
- Complete customer quotes, sales order entry, and product
tracking to Deliver on the Promise (DOTP)
- Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth
opportunities
- Maintain counter sales area with daily stock and merchandising
displays
- Proactive engagement with customer base to build relationships
for increased market share
- Process counter returns, will call orders, and handle queues
cleanup to compliance standards
- Promote Customer Service Guarantee and other value-added
initiatives/services
- Helping warehouse (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery
truck, etc.)

- Proficiency in Eclipse is preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including
OutlookPhysical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Counter and warehouse environment
- Frequent use of computer and phone
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday. Additional
evening and weekend hours may be required based on business
needs
- Punctual and reliable on-site attendance
