What you'll do: Master a proven sales process to close deals and drive results Build your sales pipeline and engage with leads through phone, text, email, and social media Match customers with their dream units by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions Create buzz by participating in dealership events, promotions, and show to drive new business Foster and maintain strong connections with customers to encourage referrals and repeat sales What we're looking for: A positive, can-do attitude with a hunger to learn, grow, and win Background in sales or customer service (preferred but not required) Experience in a dealership setting is a plus Comfortable using sales tools, social media, and technology Neat, clean, and professional appearance Availability to work Saturdays (where the magic happens!) Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (a plus, not required) Ability to pass a background check and drug test Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers Who we are: Bish’s RV is one of the largest family-owned RV dealers in the country.
