Job Description Job Type – Full Time Schedule - Days; M-F Pay – $255,000 - $295,000 Patients Per Day – 16 - 18 EMR System - NextGen Work Location – Outpatient Job ID – 60473 Job Description A Billings, Montana based client is seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to serve as the lead for Nurse Practitioners over Great Falls, Missoula, and Billings clinics. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment and who practices evidence-based medicine. Required Qualifications - Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree - Current Montana medical license - Completed an accredited residency program - Current DEA certificate - Board certified in Family/Internal Medicine - 5 years of experience - Current CPR certification Responsibilities - Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages - Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results - Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans - Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload - Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy - Serve as a supervisor for mid-level providers in Montana region - There is a variable amount of time spent on administration and the position is flexible on travel between the sites About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
