Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operation flow, anticipate needs, and respond to any changes in the patient's condition during surgery. Provide immediate post-operative care, monitor patients in the recovery room, and educate patients and their families about post-surgery care, including wound care and potential complications.
